A clear landing page for a real estate project in Leeuwarden, where available commercial properties and units are centrally presented.
The Project.
01.RM-Projectontwikkeling had a number of commercial properties and business units available in Leeuwarden that needed to be sold or rented. To quickly and clearly inform potential buyers and tenants, there was a need for a neat online presence: one place where all relevant information about the project was bundled.
In 2025, I built a compact, professional website for this. The focus was on clear presentation: what is being offered, where is it located, and how can an interested party get in touch. No unnecessary frills, but a website that does its job.
The Website.
02.The website is set up as a clear landing page with all the information a potential buyer or tenant needs. The main components:
- An overview of available commercial properties and units with relevant details such as surface area, layout, and availability
- Clear visual presentation with photos of the real estate and surroundings
- Information about the location and accessibility of the project in Leeuwarden
- A contact option so interested parties can directly ask a question or request a viewing
The website is built with WordPress and Elementor, which gives the client the ability to easily update content such as availability and photos themselves.
